Nokia to unveil it's flagship phone before MWC 2018

Nokia has sent out invitations which are dated to 25th February 2018, just a day before the start of Mobile World Congress 2018. It is rumored that Nokia is about to reveal its major flagship phone, Nokia 9 along with other mid-range phones and their iconic Nokia 3310. Chief product officer of HMD Global said that they had major plans for MWC 2018.

While the classic icon Nokia 3310 was released at MWC 2017, this year we are expecting to get it's upgraded version supporting 4G networks. Along with Nokia 3310, it is also rumored that Nokia is about to unveil Nokia 9, its flagship phone for the year 2018. Nokia 9 is rumored to have a 5.5 inch AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4 gigs of RAM, rear 12 MP dual cameras and front facing 5 MP dual cameras. While most of the flagship phones such as Samsung S9/9+ are incorporating Snapdragon 845 processor in their flagship phones for this year, Nokia is likely to fall behind in this segment. But the performance difference is often negligible.

Nokia is also about to reveal its mid ranged phone, Android Go edition Nokia 1 along with Nokia 7. Nokia 7 was exclusively released to Chinese market earlier and now it is rumored to be launched globally. While MWC 2018 is scheduled at 26th February 2018, the pre-event by Nokia can drag plenty of attention on their products.
