Microsoft Responds to Google's Notice

Responding to Google's C & D notice Microsoft announced that they are happy to update/modify their app for Windows mobile.

"In light of Larry Page’s comments today calling for more interoperability and less negativity, we look forward to solving this matter together for our mutual customers". - Stated by Microsoft.

The Youtube application for Nokia Windows mobiles which blocked by ads on videos and allowed video downloads was against Google's API terms. This app was asked to be withdrawn from Windows mobile store by 22nd May 2013.
