Panasonic Released two Android mobiles P11 and T11
In May 2013, Panasonic has stepped into the world of Android with it's one and only Android device the P51. This mobile was a mid ranged mobile with some decent specs like big screen, brilliant display, huge battery and also a S Pen like stylus add on. Now Panasonic has moved forward with another pair mobiles, the P11 and T11. Both these mobiles are mid ranged mobiles that can compete quite significantly with other mobiles in this particular category.
Coming to specs both mobiles run on Google Android 4.1.2 JellyBean, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 quad core processor and 1 GB RAM. The difference comes with screen size, resolution, camera and battery capacity.
Panasonic P11:
The P11 has higher specs with 5 inches screen size with 1280 X 720 pixels screen resolution at nearly 295 pixels per inch. There is an option clled Dynamic brightness with which you can increase the quality of videos and images you are watching.
It has 2000 mAh battery capacity which is higher than T11. It has 8 mega pixel camera with which you can record HD videos. You can take images in various modes but we could not find the HDR mode. There is of course a 2 MP camera for video calling support which has proximity and ambient light sensors.
The internal memory is 4 GB and is expandable up to 64 GB with micro sd card. The user interface is not heavily customized except for the few stock applications like cam scanner, cam card and world clock. Thus you get more stock Android user interface experience which is good for stock Android lovers. The viewing angles are pretty good. And yes there is dual sim card support for this device and both are GSM only supported (3G plus 2G).
The mobile is 9.7 mm thick and weighs around 158 grams. The mobile is plasticly build with rounded corners which makes it easy to grip.
Overall this mobile makes a pretty decent mobile in mid ranged mobiles category.
Panasonic T11:
The T11 also has similar features in terms of operating system, processor, RAM and internal memory. It runs on Android 4.1.2 JellyBean, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 quad core processor with 1 GB RAM.
The screen size is 4 inches which is smaller than P11. The screen resolution is 400 X 800 pixels at 233 pixels per inch. There is 5 mega pixel rear camera. You cannot record HD videos with the camera. There is VGA front facing camera for video calling and video chat.
Battery capacity is 1500 mAh. Same specs when it comes to internal memory, 4GB which is expandable to 32 GB. It weighs around 120 grams and 9.2 mm thick. This mobile comes with single GSM sim card and is 3G supported.
Both mobiles come with IPS screen display which is pretty good. The price range of P11 is around 17,000 INR and T11 is around 9,000 INR.
