Android 4.4 Update for HTC One Max and Mini

HTC's flagships, HTC one Max and HTC One Mini are about to get the latest android firmware 4.4 KitKat very soon. Recently HTC officially announced that these updates are going to hit the market very soon. Presently they are testing the latest version for HTC One Max and are planning to release it in first week of March.





For HTC Mini it will take a little time but not too long. Mini users will also get this update by the end of March or early April. They also stated to release 4.3 update for the older device, HTC Evo 4G.

These updates will improve major aspects in performance and battery. But the update on HTC Evo 4G has many questions. Since the mobile has limitations in terms of memory and hardware, will this update show any impact on performance. With the new updates released by Google, the update file size is increased and requires a few minimum criteria to run the update flawlessly.

Hope they tweak or customize the update for this device so that it can handle it without any major issues in performance and battery.
