Lenovo Vibe Z - Specs and Features
Lenovo showed it's excellence in the field of Smart phones through it's super slim, super fast phone Lenovo Idea phone last year. Now it pushed further with the new series of Vibe from its nest, Lenovo Vibe Z. The phone is super slim and super fast with excellent hardware. The camera is the part where Lenovo has concentrated much in this version. It is also tweaked the mobile heavily so that this giant phone can be used easily with single hand.
The mobile is also super light weight weighing only 147 grams. For a mobile with a such a huge screen, the weight is expected to be more. On the contrary this mobile weighs so less, thanks to the polycarbonate plastic body with titanium or silver texture finish.
The Lenovo Vibe Z runs on Android 4.3 JellyBean. This is somewhat a shame where all latest mobiles come with latest Android 4.4 KitKat while Vibe Z still runs on JellyBean. The mobile is powered by 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2 GB RAM. The mobile comes with 16 GB of internal memory with no expandable memory card option. Heavy multimedia users may be disappointed with this. The battery capacity is pretty decent with 3000 mAh which will easily last for one whole day on medium to heavy usage.
The camera features are increased a lot with great wide viewing angles, especially in front camera.. The 5 mega pixel front shooter can take decent wide viewed images. Thanks to 84 degree wide viewing angle in the front camera. The rear camera is a 13 MP shooter which can record videos in HD.
The phone also made few tweaks for making this large phone with single hand without much issues like smart dial, volume rocker wake and many more.
This mobile is not announced for the release yet in US, UK, Australia . The early release will be in China and Asian market. Hope it will get released soon globally.
Early Verdict:
The phablet is quite a power house with massive specs and features in it. The global release can give a serious competition to S5 and Note 3.

The screen of Lenovo Vibe is a pleasure to watch with excellent color reproduction and wide viewing angles. The screen resolution is 1080 X 1920 at 401 pixels per inch which makes it one of the best screen available out there in the market.
