HTC A9S Specs and Features
For few months I felt did HTC has given up because of the immense competition in the smartphone world. But I had hope that they will be back definitely. Keeping my hopes alive HTC has announced many mobiles including HTC A9S which are yet to be available in India. HTC A9S is the successor of HTC A9 which was released in 2015. It is upper mid ranged phone priced at 27,000 INR (Expected price).
SPECS AND FEATURES
The HTC A9S comes with a 5 inches Super LCD IPS Display with gorilla glass protection. The sim is a dual sim slot but still the news is not out whether it is a hybrid sim slot or there is a separate sd card slot. But the company claims that the memory is expandable.
HTC A9S is powered by 1.8 GHz Octa Core Mediatek MT6755 Helio P10 processor along with 3 GB RAM. The internal memory is 32 GB. The company claims that the display is a HD display rather than a full HD display. Many mobiles that are priced at a very low price than HTC A9S have a full HD display.
The main camera is a 13 megapixel shooter with 74.4 degree wide angle lens. It has of f/2.2 aperture with BSI sensor. The secondary camera is a 5 megapixel camera with 65.3 degree wide angle lens and f/2.8 aperture. Both cameras can record in full HD.
The phone is 7.9 mm thick and weighs around 149 grams. The battery capacity is 2300 mAh and it has fast charging support. Other features include HTC Boom Sound, extreme power saving mode, USB on the go and gesture support.
VERDICT
The HTC A9S is overly priced considering the features it is offering. Many budget ranged phones which are very low in price compared to HTC A9S provide far better features.
